Our prices depend on the language combination, urgency, degree of difficulty and the number of words in the original text. This means that our pricing is always transparent for our clients. Discounts are naturally possible with lengthier texts.

Transparency through word prices

We attach particular importance to transparent and fair pricing. Therefore, our offers are based on the number of words in the source text and not on standard lines.

Prices for certified translations

For certified translation we quote a fixed price including certification and postage, since the source texts cannot usually be counted electronically. We translate many standard documents for you for our minimum flat rate of EUR 55 plus VAT.

Billing by words: EUR 0.11 to EUR 0.18 per word depending on the language combination, text type, level of difficulty, scope and urgency

 

Asian languages:

Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Malay, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese

 

Billing by words: EUR 0.15 to EUR 0.22 per word

All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. You will receive the invoice after receiving the translation. As a private customer, you can easily pay by bank transfer or PayPal

Want to request a test translation?

When it comes to large projects, it goes without saying you want the translation process to be absolutely perfect. Do you have a large translation (a translation of 10,000 words or more), or are you looking for a long-term collaboration (for more than 10,000 words per annum)? In that case, we can offer you a free test translation (max. 300 words).
